The South-Korean documentary sheds light on the real-life case of the Nth Room which is a criminal case involving blackmail cybersex trafficking and the spread of sexually exploitative videos via the cloud-based instant messaging service Telegram. The series explores how women including minors were lured with fake promises to take sexually explicit videos of themselves and unravels how the efforts of the investigators lead them to apprehending the culprits. Spanning from 2018 to 2020 the case involved around 103 victims and had high-end investigators working on it.
