Everybody requires the presence of Vikas in their lives. Even if the entire world is falling apart around you, having that one form of support brings you much-needed confidence.

The best is saved for last in this season. The scene where Abhishek and Rinki crash on top of a water tank will stir your interest in romance. The two have already been warned to stay away from each other by Rinki’s father and Pradhan-Pati, Brij Bhushan Dubey (Raghubir). While we don't understand if there's a spark between them, we'll have to wait until next season and see how this new connection develops.

Even before a year of its theatrical release, Tiger 3, the much-anticipated action thriller starring Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif, is said to have been bought by an OTT platform. The digital rights have been sold to streaming services reportedly for Rs 200 crore.

The creators of Laal Singh Chaddha, starring Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan, have sold the film's rights reportedly to an OTT player for around Rs 160 crore.

Brahmastra, the first celluloid collaboration between the newly married Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, has been auctioned for Rs 150 crore on OTT platforms.

Satyajit Ray is known for his groundbreaking contribution to the Indian film industry, which included putting the country on the world map through his directorial brilliance and vision. The filmmaker made his directorial debut in 1955 with Pather Panchali from the Apu trilogy. During a visit to London, he met French director Jean Renoir and saw Vittorio De Sica's Italian neo-realist film Bicycle Thieves, which sparked his interest in independent filmmaking. He has garnered numerous awards, including 36 Indian National Film Awards, an Academy Award, a Golden Lion, a Golden Bear and various other international honours. In 1992, Ray was also awarded the Bharat Ratna, India’s highest civilian award.

Ray used to work as a junior visualiser for a British advertising agency. Because of his background in the industry, he was the first to launch a teaser ad campaign for his film debut, Pather Panchali.

Pather Panchali's finale was changed to a more upbeat one at the request of the West Bengal government, which was supporting the film. Only with the support of then-Prime Minister, Jawaharlal Nehru was the film able to make it to the Cannes Film Festival.

Ray began curating the advertising posters for all of his films after 1961, and he also composed the music for them.

Satyajit Ray also directed Kanchenjunga, the first Bengali film to be shot in colour in 1962.

He was the first Indian to be awarded the prestigious Oscar. The Academy Award for Lifetime Achievement was given to him in 1992.

Two fonts are titled after the director. Ray Roman and Ray Bizarre are two of the four Roman fonts he created by integrating Indian elements and calligraphy.
