Nakuul Mehta in Never Kiss Your Best Friend 2

Nakuul Mehta has become a household name after his stint on TV. He is currently winning the hearts of millions for his performance as Ram Kapoor in Bade Acche Lagte Hai and Sumer in Never Kiss Your Best Friend Season 2. The new season, which got released on ZEE5 recently, also stars Anya Singh as Tanie in the lead role. Directed by Harsh Dedhia, the show also stars Karan Wahi, Sarah-Jane Dias, Nikki Walia and Jaaved Jaaferi.

Nakuul says, "I absolutely loved the show. It is an intelligent show, made so well by Sidharth Sengupta. I feel so proud, especially when someone from television goes and makes a beautiful show." The romantic crime thriller stars Shweta Tripathi, Tahir Raj Bhasin and Anchal Singh in the lead roles with Saurabh Shukla, Surya Sharma, Arunoday Singh and Brijendra Kala in supporting characters. The show revolves around a politician's daughter, played by Aanchal Singh, who is obssessed with a man (Tahir Raj Bhasin) and would go any lengths to make him hers. Tahir's life goes for a toss, trying to get rid of her and try to lead his dream life with his girlfriend (Shweta Tripathi).

Scam 1992: The Harshad Mehta Story is a thriller series, directed by Hansal Mehta. Inspired by real-life financial frauds, committed by Harshad Mehta, it stars Pratik Gandhi in the lead role as the stock broker along with Shreya Dhanwanthary. The series also features Satish Kaushik, Anant Mahadevan, Rajat Kapoor, K K Raina, Lalit Parimoo, Hemant Kher and Nikhil Dwivedi. Adapted from the 1992 book 'The Scam: Who Won, Who Lost, Who Got Away', written by Sucheta Dalal and Debashish Basu, the show focuses on Mehta's life, his rise and downfall. Nakuul says it's probably the best show he's seen.

Bade Achhe Lagte Hain
Nakkul Mehta says, "Today every television show is also on OTT. They are not just television programming. You must watch Bade Acche Lagte Hai. I can proudly say it's the best show on television in the country and you must especially watch it." The show is a reboot of the popular TV show of the same name. The show features Nakuul Mehta and Disha Parmar as Ram Kapoor and Priya, respectively, originally played by Ram Kapoor and Sakshi Tanwar in 2011. The show tells the journey of Ram and Priya, who get married without knowing anything about each other. They are also from totally different backgrounds. The way they learn to mutually respect one another and find their way to happiness in their relationship is what the show is about.

Never Kiss Your Best Friend Season 2

Nakuul Mehta strongly recommends the show and says it's not because he stars in it but he thinks it's a really fun show. "It's not your usual drama with dark content," he says. Season 2 of the show was recently released on ZEE5. The series follows the story of two best friends, Sumer, played by Nakuul and Tanie, played by Anya Singh, who are struggling with complicated feelings for each other. They fall in love and then break up. Years later, their paths cross again. Will they get together again or will they find happiness with their new partners is what Season 2 explores. Apart from Nakuul and Anya, Season 2 also features Karan Wahi and Sarah-Jane Dias along with Jaaved Jafferi, and Nikki Walia. Directed by Harsh Dedhia, the show is based on Sumrit Shahi's book of the same name.
